Scheduling Update Accrual Plan Enrollments and Calculate Accruals Process to Run Regularly

Update Accrual Plan Enrollments has to be run regularly as this takes care of enrolling and de enrolling newly hired and terminated employees respectively.

Calculate Accruals and Balances Process has to be run regularly as this pro rates accruals for newly hired employees and terminated employees.



Go to navigator > Absence Administration, You will find the various processes here.

Update Accrual Plan Enrollments


  • Click on Update Accrual Plan Enrollments and Click on the Advanced tab

The date from which you want the process to be scheduled

  • Click on Submit.
  • You will get a confirmation pop up with the process number.
  • Note down the process number.
  • You have scheduled Update Accrual Plan Enrollments Process to run on a regular basis for Absence Plan - Annual Vacation for Legal Employer - India_Mumbai.

Calculate Accruals and Balances Process


  • Click on Calculate Accruals and Balances Process and Click on the Advanced tab
  • Rest of the steps are similar to scheduling Update Accrual Plan Enrollments
  • After performing all the steps you will have scheduled Calculate Accruals and Balances Process to run on a regular basis for Absence Plan - Annual Vacation for Legal Employer - India_Mumbai.

  2. I really appreciate your work,it help me a lot. I face the below error

    The accrual process failed because the person doesn't have an active payroll on the processing date. (ANC-3405133)
    The worker doesn't have payroll information as of the processing date.
